Product Introduction

The roll filter is an air pre-filtering dust removal device that uses special chemical fiber roll material as the filter medium and automatically controls the replacement of filter media based on the differential pressure before and after the filter as a sensing signal. The automatic roll-type air filter is equipped with chemical fiber filter media with a thickness of 8-20mm. The main raw material of the filter media is polyester fiber, with a density gradient arrangement structure. This chemical fiber composite filter media features excellent comprehensive dust removal performance, high strength, good temperature resistance, and chemical stability.

Product Features

Adopts a frame structure of carbon steel spray coating, aluminum alloy, or stainless steel, which is sturdy and reliable, easy to transport and assemble.
Suitable for working conditions with low filtration efficiency requirements (G3-G4 filtration efficiency), simple and flexible replacement.
The new roll filter features a water-drop cross-section design for higher filter media utilization efficiency.
